By downloading, installing, or using Map ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is operated by UNBOUNDED SOFTWARE LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15433829), with registered address at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Map. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Map is a personal financial forecasting application that helps you:
Map is not financial advice. The App provides tools for personal financial planning and forecasting. We do not provide investment advice, tax advice, or any professional financial services. Consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.
You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into Map. Your financial data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
When using AI features (voice entry, receipt scanning, PDF import), your input is processed by OpenAI. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or any other cause.
Map offers a 14-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
Map offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Current pricing is displayed in the App and on the App Store. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until then.
All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple. We cannot process refunds directly. Visit Apple Support to request a refund.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the date of purchase. However, by using the App during this period, you acknowledge that you may lose this right once the service has been fully performed.

We do not use your data to train AI models.
The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by UNBOUNDED SOFTWARE LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
"Map", the Map logo, and associated branding are trademarks of UNBOUNDED SOFTWARE LTD.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Financial forecasts are projections based on data you provide and assumptions built into the App. Actual results may vary significantly. Do not make financial decisions based solely on the App's projections.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNBOUNDED SOFTWARE LTD, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence, which these terms do not affect.
